What is Prana Kriya Yoga?

Yoga is an Indian philosophy system that aims to direct the human consciousness into a state of constant transformation through experiencing the gross, emotional and mental bodies. 

Yoga, which is derived from the Sanskrit word "Yuj" and literally means "to join", expresses the union between Jivatman (individual consciousness of the person) and Paramatman (universal consciousness). In a spiritual sense, yoga is the process in which the mind connects and realizes its truth through the soul (Atma) and the connection to the supreme spirit. 

Yoga allows the mind to experience mental and physical separation, paving the way to reunite with the supreme divine cosmic consciousness via the awareness of this separation.

The practice of Yoga also allows the person to have optimum physical, emotional and mental wellness with scientific support to show Yoga to be very effective with issues such as anxiety and depression, which are becoming more common in today’s Societies.
